I leased a car for 3 years and it has been to service multiple time. First I brought it in for a recall. They had me sit in the waiting area for 2 hours with two little kids. I asked them when my car was multiple time. First I brought it in for a recall. They had me sit in the waiting area for 2 hours with two little kids. I asked them when my car was gonna be ready. They said the part has not been delivered yet. So in the end i ended up leaving because i couldnt wait there for several more hours with two little kids. They shouldve told me right away that my part wasnt there. Then I came back the next day. Mind you its 45min from my house and gas is not cheap. And miles....I have a lease. Helllloooooo. So i came back the next day and they gave me a loner car for the trouble. After my car was fixed i left. Several days later i realized that my passenger window was not working. Well, the recall was on my passenger door so they disconnected something to work my window in the process of doing the recall work. So once gain gotta go back because of their error. So more miles and more gas. So next i drop my car off to fix the window. They gave me a free detail because of the initial trouble i had with the delearship. so i came back the next day to pick it up. My mother in law came with me because we obviously had 2 cars. She was driving this car. When we go to leave, all of the dash board warning lights came on. So once again we bring it into service. The manager said "this is why i dont like when they wash the engine because the computer can get wet". "all we have to do is reset the computer and then it just has to dry out". So they reset the computer and we leave. Half way home all of the warning lights came back on. Then sitting in traffic the breaks stop working and my mother in law rolls into the car in front of her. In the end the other car had 275 dollars worth of damage. I then called them and they had the car towed back to the shop. Of course they cant find a reason why this couldve happened. We are now trying to get then to pay for the damage for the other car. My car had no damage. Every time i go there something is a problem. The car was fine before they detailed it. So what did they do to it???? This place sucks. If you read this pleaseeeeeee doooo NOT buy a car from them. I promise you it will be nothing but problems. More

It was time to turn in our leased 2009 Mazda3. The mileage was getting close and we wanted to act now. I contacted Wayne Mazda online because I had a question concerning leasing a new one and that it mileage was getting close and we wanted to act now. I contacted Wayne Mazda online because I had a question concerning leasing a new one and that it had to be the same payment as what I had. My son is the driver and he was making the payments. He was more than happy to lease another Mazda3, because it was what he was looking for and what he could afford. Within 15 minutes, I received a call from Manny. After explaining my situation with him, he was able to come up with exactly what I was looking for. He was not pushy or arrogant. He conducted himself with the utmost professionalism. Once we settled on an agreement, the rest of the process was easy. Honestly, I have never done an auto deal on the phone before. But because my son knew he wanted, they were able to deliver. Normally the story would end here. But something happened on the morning of the trade in that almost caused this deal not to happen. My son took such great care of his car. He babied it, washed it out and in. It looked like it did when we took it home almost 3 years ago. He was always careful where he parked it anywhere. That morning, he had a class at school. He came out, got into the car and went to work. After parking and as he walked away from the car, he noticed that there was a problem with the front bumper. Upon further examination and and much to his horror, he realized that someone backed into his car and left. He was besides himself, and so was I for that matter. I was sure everything was through. I went to see the car, saw the damage first hand and called Manny. He assured me that nothing was going to change without even seeing the damage. I told him the bumper was intact and that was what he was concerned about. There was a pretty good scrap and a bump, as if it was pierced and the bumper pulled out. It was a strange type of damage. As we drove to the dealership, we didn't know what was going to happen. I was really nervous. He showed us the new car and then went to see our trade-in. He was very impressed with the condition of the car. It was mint! That car will sell very quickly. But his supervisor still had to look at it. After they came back, I was expecting the worse. But somehow I was banking on the fact that because the car was in mint condition, that perhaps they would forgive us for this. And he was able to pull the impossible!!! I was thrilled and so was my son. We got our car and Manny saved the day. This is my 3rd lease from Mazda and the 2nd with Wayne Mazda. My customer loyalty helped me as well as some devine intervention. All I needed to do was to rate him and his service, which I was more than happy to do. So, let this be a lesson to those who lease cars. If you take care of it, it will take care of you. And Manny and the staff at Wayne Mazda will take care of you as well. More
I was treated very badly by the Manager, Kevin Hayes, of Wayne Mazda. I was not ready to sign on the line right then and there and he stormed off, said "We're done here!!" and shoved the chair into the tabl Wayne Mazda. I was not ready to sign on the line right then and there and he stormed off, said "We're done here!!" and shoved the chair into the table. I think he saw the perfect target when two women walked in to test drive a car. Don't go there unless you expect to be treated like trash when they don't get what they want from you. I cannot believe an owner would set such a terrible example in his dealership. I will be posted my negative experience on every website I can find so nobody else will be belittled and upset as I was. I sent an email to Mazda North America but I highly doubt that will go anywhere or they will do anything. Too bad because I really liked that car but will not buy it on principal now. The salesperson, Chris and the other manager I dealt with John were very nice and polite. PS-I was not treated disrespecfully when I was there with my boyfriend! It seems like the owner tries to muscle women! More
We came upon Wayne Mazda after a horrid experience with sales staff at both Ramsey and Lodi. Our sales person, Mark was genuinely interested in our experience, he offered thoughtful advice and insight on t sales staff at both Ramsey and Lodi. Our sales person, Mark was genuinely interested in our experience, he offered thoughtful advice and insight on the model we were interested in (CX7) and was polite and courteous and professional as any sales person should be when trying to make a sale. The sales manager, who's name at the moment escapes me, was the same. I would definitely suggest and recommend anyone looking for a mazda visit Wayne, bypassing Ramesy and Lodi, and request Mark. Robust Disappointment, They mislead, they misinform the Robust Disappointment, They mislead, they misinform the deceive, they harass and they call this “miscommunication (sic !)”. Rudeness, incompetence an Robust Disappointment, They mislead, they misinform the deceive, they harass and they call this “miscommunication (sic !)”. Rudeness, incompetence and total absence of professionalism. The client is in reality nothing but a number to them. They do not hold to their promise/motto (which they make sure to attach to every e-mail) to beat a competitor’s price by $300, and then they do not keep their own initial quote online. Different dealers/mangers within the same dealership, different pricing (!?). Not to mention that i was first exchanging e-mails with somebody who turned out not to be working even there. All this is quite extravagant (for the lack of better word). Their General Manager Robert Kawczac just sent e-mail to allure you but never responded to any of the addresses concerns. I wonder if he exists. His name was mentioned several times but I never saw him. Even when they said they would introduce me to him, they brought somebody else. He is a ghost or just an e-mail address. I even do not want to discuss the negotiation process, the hours of waiting and the price they hit you with. Horrible, awful, experience. Stay away; go to any other Mazda dealership even if you have to drive a lot. More
