I came into Wayne Mazda without a clear plan in mind as to which car I was willing/able to purchase at the time. Mike took his time to show me multiple cars, price them out, and work with me to get the be to which car I was willing/able to purchase at the time. Mike is not the typical car salesman that you envision but rather a helpful guide through the car buying experience. David Olson was very friendly from the start and was very low key without putting a lot of pressure on me. On the test drive he was pretty quiet unless I asked questions, which was good because there were no low key without putting a lot of pressure on me. He made the whole sales/trade in negotiation part pretty easy. Since I was financing through my own bank, I had to leave the dealership for a while, but he made sure to get all the paperwork in order so I didn't have to wait forever once I returned. He even called my insurance company to change over my insurance to the new vehicle. I'd definitely recommend asking for David if you're in the market for a Mazda. They had an enormous selection and I was able to get exactly the CX-5 that I was looking for. Love the car and I would not hesitate to buy from here again. More
Michael Superti went above and beyond to help me find the car I wanted and needed. I walked him all over the lot more than once and after my selection the next day I changed my mind on color of the interior car I wanted and needed. I stop by Wayne Mazda the other day to take a look at the Mazda3. The salesman that helped me was Shenoll Bizati. I then asked Shenoll to show me the options that would best fit me. I told him i needed a car Mazda3. The salesman that helped me was Shenoll Bizati. I then asked Shenoll to show me the options that would best fit me. I told him i needed a car with good highway mileage. He was very patient with me being i dont know a whole lot about purchasing a car. He made me feel very comfortable and was extremely personable, informative, and patient. Although I did not purchase the car that day I will most definitly be back soon to purchase the Mazda3 from Shenoll. I have been recommened here from a friend who did purchase her car from this dealer. I too would recommend Shenoll and this dealership in the future to all my friends and family, i was very pleased with my visit. More

My new Mazda is sitting in my garage and i cant drive it because the dealership didnt get the registration completed in more than 2 weeks. Mark Harding my salesman is no longer with the dealership. "I havent forgotten you" "I will call you back" "you can drive the car with an expired New Jersey temporary plate the police wont bother you" When you pay the dealership a substantial fee to complete the paperwork you dont expect the problems i have had. I have bought several other cars out of state and this is the first major issue i have ever had. More
