We went to several dealers looking for a car that would suit our current situation. (1 grandchild, another soon to arrive) Marlon Roberts, our salesman, was absolutely wonderful! He had us test drive a suit our current situation. (1 grandchild, another soon to arrive) Marlon Roberts, our salesman, was absolutely wonderful! He had us test drive a Maza3 Sport and it was perfect. He was knowledgeable, personable, professional, friendly, and patient with our many questions. We were able to close a deal with him; and finance it with the help of Bernadette. She is also an asset to Wayne Mazda. She took the time to explain the various options in a very pleasant and professional manner! It was a pleasure dealing with these two terrific individuals! More
My wife and I new we were interested in a 2013 CX-5, fully loaded in Red. We shopped other dealers who either didn't have the car or weren't willing to negotiate much on the price. Went on the Interne fully loaded in Red. We shopped other dealers who either didn't have the car or weren't willing to negotiate much on the price. Went on the Internet and found Wayne Mazda had the exact car I wanted and I asked for an online quote. When I received the quote I was very impressed with the pricing as it was significantly less than other dealers and in fact was actually less than "Dealer Cost", highly unusual for a new car just introduced to the market. Highly skeptical, my wife and I drove off to Wayne Mazda to meet with our assigned Sales person, Cosimo Lamantea. Upon arrival I was greeted by Cosimo who confirmed the car we were interested in and immediately arranged for a test drive. I could not believe the vast selection of new cars they have available. Every model, every color, every option... Once we decided we wanted the car, we went back to my online quote. Here is wher I figured things had to change for the worse. Surprised once again, the price was exactly as quoted. I asked if I qualified for the .9% 5yr financing and I was told no problem. I arranged to pick the car up later that week as I was waiting for an insurance check to cover my previous totalled car. Again Wayne Mazda came thru offering to accept a personal check for any net amount due after financing and they would hold the check for up to a week to allow for my insurance check to arrive. Wow... Finally the delivery of the car. Last chance for my skepticism to become reality. Upon arrival I met with Travis in Finance. All paper work was ready to go. I indeed qualified for the .9% 5 year financing so it was just a matter of agreeing on a down payment to make my monthly payments work. Travis worked thru the numbers until we arrived at an acceptable monthly payment and I then wrote a personal check for the difference. I then signed a personal Note stating they would hold my monies for additional 7 days as we had previously agreed. Travis even gave me a GREAT DEAL on an extended warranty. Once the financing was complete, our car was downstairs waiting. Cosimo explained all the important details on the use of the car and even setup the blue tooth for my wife and my cellphone. At the end of day, my experience could not have been better with Wayne Mazda and believe me I am tough to please. I would highly recommend purchasing from them and just to protect yourself, and eliminate negotiation, request an online quote on a car from their inventory before you go in to buy. A More

I went to look for a car for my wife I found a mazda cx 9 the price was 23995.00 dollars a certified car they looked at my trade in and offered 2000.00 less than book value for my car .then they told me if I the price was 23995.00 dollars a certified car they looked at my trade in and offered 2000.00 less than book value for my car .then they told me if I wanted the cx9 certified it would be1745.00 dollars more to pay for the repairs they did on it and certifying the car then there was another fee for etching the windows of 200.00 dollars I said I did not want the etching but they said it has to be done all glass in cars is already etched by the manufacturer.so by the time they were done the car was going to be almost 28000.00 dollars run from these scam artists run as fast and far as you can it was the worst attempt at buying a car I have had in forty years of buying cars w braddock More

Ash provided immediately provided us with the exact car that we wanted and test drove the car within minutes of arriving in the showroom. He was at all times professional and courteous and we were able to negotiate a reasonable price for the car in a short time. Junior helped us with the financing and was also very courteous and professional. Because of these two gentlemen I would HIGHLY recommend buying your next car from Wayne Mazda. Thanks guys! More

Looked at a few 2010 cx9's. Checked the sticker and internet prices. They matched, good sign. $23, 000 for one and $21, 000 for a similar higher mileage 9. After a test drive and an appraisal of my car internet prices. They matched, good sign. $23, 000 for one and $21, 000 for a similar higher mileage 9. After a test drive and an appraisal of my car, salesman comes back with an offer sheet for the $23, 000 cx9. There offer was $26, 000!!!!!! When I tell the salesman his math is way off he hits me with a real zinger. He shows me what they call the R&O. Repair & overhaul. They actually want to tack on what they do to the car to get it ready to sell!!! Made no sense to me and I can't see anyone falling for it but maybe people do. Please beware of this crazy tactic. The actually want to negotiate the price higher!!!! Crazy! ! Don't believe u will get any of their used cars for the advertised prices. It will not happen. I also think they put fake positve reviews here. If you don't see price info and it's all great on the review, take it with a grain. Salesman don't want price info out there. All I know is on a 23, 000 car minus my 4, 000 trade, they wanted me to pay $26, 000. The place is not honorable. Don't know what the new car experience is, but would never by used from them. More
Well, it looks like they seem to be advertising the same car for $11,995 (Mazda 3i) with NO intent on selling it for this price. Before driving over an hour, I called to see if the car was available and it car for $11,995 (Mazda 3i) with NO intent on selling it for this price. Before driving over an hour, I called to see if the car was available and it was. When I got there, the set me up with a salesman and we went out for the test drive. The car didn't start, so he had someone come over to jump start it. I didn't mind this, because after all, it comes with the warranty. During the test drive, the salesman went on to tell me that this was originally a lease from them that was turned in to them after the lease was up. After the drive, we went inside to go over the numbers. I presented a printout that I had gotten from another website that showed, with my estimated trade + down payment, my daughter would have an estimate monthly payment of $115/month. I then watched the salesman read, reread and reread again, they add that they had listed. after which point, he went in the back. When he came back he said that they had additional fees. Hmmm, no mention of this before he went in the back... He then told me that they had the following fees: $795 destination fee $250 Doc Fee $750 dealer fee which added an additional $1800 to the price and that the monthly payment would be $160/month. So after bickering a bit, the salesman asked what we would pay and I figured $125/month max! The salesman went into the back again and, this time, came back with someone else. This person then broke the news to me that they could not do that price, but they could lease my daughter a car. I wonder how places can get away with this? They just make up fees as they go? We were 100% ready to purchase this car (at the advertised price)..OK, we would have paid the Doc fees/tags and taxes of course ...but destination fee? on a USED car? that was originally leased from them? and a dealer fee? I guess it's not as bad as the comment/review a few below me...they had high fees added. I wonder if it was the same car? More
