He was very professional, efficient, and thorough, going through the process. Marlon is a first class professional. Beyond Marlon, I found everyone I came in contact with; the financial represenatative, the receptionists, to be friendly and competent. I would definetly recommend Wayne Mazda and Marlon Roberts to anyone looking to buy a new Mazda. More

I got an e-quote from Wayne Mazda which was more than $1000 lower than the best offer I’ve received. I called to confirm and found out they included the loyalty rebate. I told the salesperson I don’t own $1000 lower than the best offer I’ve received. I called to confirm and found out they included the loyalty rebate. I told the salesperson I don’t own a Mazda so she told me to add $500 to my quote. THAT should have been my first clue! All the other dealerships asked if I currently own a Mazda before quoting a price. Anyway, the price was still the lowest, so I asked about a better price if I put down a large down payment and the rep said no negotiations are done on the phone (second clue.) I took the day off from work and made the 1-hr drive there, prepared to take home a new car. The rep (who is not the person that sent me the original email) went over the quote and started crunching numbers. The total price came out to more than some of the other dealers. Wow. $399 doc fees and $299 “etching” fee. Wayne Mazda claims all their cars are etched…no way am I paying for that. I tell the rep my local dealer gave a lower price than his final calculation to which he asks why I didn’t go with them! I told him that’s because Wayne Mazda’s quote WAS way lower before these inflated fees were tacked on. We go back and forth with the numbers. The rep’s calculation of the monthly payments are $10/month higher than mine. All our numbers are the same, so why is that? I’m using a car loan app and the rep’s trying to convince me that not all apps work correctly. Then how come the numbers came out fine at other dealerships? He says “Ok, whatever you say”, dismissively.. For a 60-month loan, that’s a $600 discrepancy! I even did the numbers using their company MazdaUSA.com payment calculator and the numbers matched mine. I guess according to the rep the Mazda USA’s online calculator is incorrect also. It felt like he was trying to pull a fast one. At that point I decided that I’m not doing business with someone who is essentially committing fraud. FYI – according to the BBB, they have 59 complaints in the last 3 years. I did a search on other Mazda dealers I received quotes from just to do a comparison…(in the last 3 years) three had 0 complaints and one had 2 complaints. I should have checked BBB before wasting my time. You have been forewarned. More
I went in with one of their online advertisements, knowing that the price shown had to include outrageous discounts that no one qualifies for, and asked them to give me the actual price. I spoke with knowing that the price shown had to include outrageous discounts that no one qualifies for, and asked them to give me the actual price. I spoke with Manny and someone he told me was a manager (which I now strongly suspect was a lie) and we worked out figures for me to lease a 2013 Mazda 3 for 24 months. I was 100% honest with them, going so far as to give them my exact credit score (not just "I have bad credit" - an actual, numerical score), let them know that I knew I would need (and had) a co-signer and explained that my trade-in (which I purchased from this dealership in 2009) was in fair condition and according to Kelley Blue Book was worth $3000. Both of them went out to look at my car and came back inside to tell me they agreed that $3000 was a fair price and my lease could be worked out so that my trade-in covered any money I should have had to pay out of pocket. When I came back into the dealership, less than a week later, to actually lease the vehicle Manny pawned me off on Ash, to whom I explained the entire conversation I had had with Manny and the alleged manager. I explained to Ash that my leasing this vehicle was 100% contingent on my trade-in covering the entire cost of anything I would have otherwise had to pay out of pocket ($2,654 according to Manny) and gave him the figures that Manny and I had decided upon. Never once did Manny, the alleged manager, or Ash so much as intimate to me that these figures were not guaranteed (remember, I had already given them my credit score). Ash went to run my credit and when he came back he informed me that he had the "appraiser" look at my car and they decided to only give me $2000 as a trade-in value - AFTER he checked my credit. I now have a hard hit on my credit report, no car to show for the experience, and a terrible taste in my mouth. More
Counting the Mazda 6 we just purchased, we've bought 3 Mazda's from Wayne Mazda. Dealership is beautiful, they know their vehicles, and the staff is just great. Managers are stellar as well. I went to Mazda to turn in my lease on a 2010 Mazda 3 and I hoped to leave with a good deal on a Mazda 6. Did my trip turn out to be all I hoped for? Dear god yes it did. The salesman I met with, Marc Roy, managed to give me a GREAT deal on a 2014 Mazda 6!!! His service was outstanding!!! I have never had an easier time at a dealership and I would happily recommend it to anyone shopping for a new car. This is the happiest I have ever left a dealership. My problem wasn't really with the salesman or with the internet sales person. Jessie was probably the most helpful person. Chris wasn't that unhelpful either. But, he place is pretty awful. I went in the internet sales person. Jessie was probably the most helpful person. Chris wasn't that unhelpful either. But, he place is pretty awful. I went in test drove two cars. Went to get some numbers. First I get the wrong prices. The salesman tries to charge me way over the asking price online. Then after he comes down to the internet price. They add on a reconditioning fee? They charge you, the buyer, because they, the seller, need to wash and detail to make the car acceptable to sell. If that isn't one of the most ridiculous things I've ever heard. So I ask him how much it would be of I bought both cars. He simply adds the two up. And I'm thinking. You can not be serious. I just said I was going to buy two cars. Are you seriously not going to give me a deal of some sort? So the price of the two cars just added up was something around 29k. I say that's far too much. I offer 24k. Which is a little low, so I come up to 25k. Now personally I think that's a pretty good deal. 1.5k off each car. Not counting the bogus reconditioning fee. That doesn't sound too unreasonable. I reassured him that I would make a deposit right there for both cars, and pick them up on Friday. He seemed okay with that. He went back to his manager. The manger said no I guess. He came back and said it's no good. The best he could do was 28k, by knocking off the reconditioning fees. At this point I felt disappointed. That I didn't even get an actual counter offer. I said thank you, and got ready to leave. A manager came down. And this is where things got ugly. This man was beyond condescending. He tried to explain how other dealerships work. How they charge fee's and try to negotiate with those. And here I am, thinking, hmm, sounds familiar, (reconditioning fees). He then continued to rhetorically ask why we came to this dealership, it's because the deal was so great to begin with. This is where my brother cut in, and said no, we came because it was close to the BMW dealership where he was getting his car serviced. I'm pretty sure at this point the manager was embarrassed. He continued to try to be condescending. Like we never bought a car before, and how it would be impossible for us to find another car for a better price. It was pretty awful. I understand they need to make their money. But the fact my offer was blatantly disregarded, and I was disrespected and treated like a fool by the manager. That's unacceptable. I walked into this dealership ready to purchase two cars, and I walked out with none. It doesn't end here. The following day I get an email from the general manager thanking me for my interest in the car, and if he could assist me in anyway. I sent him a pretty lengthy email describing my visit. Didn't receive a response from him. Today I received another email this time from the internet sales assistant. Who was actually responsive and helpful. She said she would put the email on the managers desk, and that someone would get into contact with me soon. No one's gotten to me. More

Requested a 2013 car quote, got 2014 quote initially. Was then told quote was only for 24 hours when form says 48. Was then referred to a manager but no name given. Then asked if eprice could be reduced. Ins then told quote was only for 24 hours when form says 48. Was then referred to a manager but no name given. Then asked if eprice could be reduced. Instead got back a quote that was $4,000 over the eprice and they wouldnt tell me the actual price of the car versus car w/ additional charges intil I forced them to. Then, b/c I dont own a Mazda now, they RASIED the eprice by $500. Couldnt they just deal open and fairly? I was ready to buy a car. More
