Our experience with Wayne Mazda My husband and I purchased a 2014 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring last year and had a wonderful experience with one of your employees, Mike Dispenza. He took the time to answer questions and any concerns that we had for which we were grateful. We went in for service today, bumped into Mike and he immediately recognized and welcomed us on the floor. He has a wonderful rapport with customers and is very easy to converse with. We love our Mazda and would definitely recommend friends and family to this dealership and look forward to purchasing another Mazda sometime in the near future. My Experience Eugene helped me bought a new 2015 Mazda CX-5. He was very helpful to answer all my questions and compliment of what I knew about CX-5 and made me con Eugene helped me bought a new 2015 Mazda CX-5. He was very helpful to answer all my questions and compliment of what I knew about CX-5 and made me convinced to buy this car. When we drove the car back home, the next day the car could not start due to the defected battery. I was told this was not common. I called the dealer service but there was nothing they can do except to bring the car back to the dealer. I already called emergency road site service to jump start the car once and not sure the second jump start will allow me safely driving this defected car to the dealer. Towing will be costly. Eugene come to my house next day and replaced the battery for us. He is great. Everyone said Wayne has lowest price in NJ. I got a good deal for the car but I really believe Wayne Mazda could do better on the final price for someone like me to pay cash. More

Great Experience Eugene was really nice and helped us from the second we walked in the door. He showed us all our options. Offered us a test drive and during the test Eugene was really nice and helped us from the second we walked in the door. He showed us all our options. Offered us a test drive and during the test drive asked how it felt to drive the car. We started out with a cx5 sport and I really wanted a sunroof. He ended up working out an awesome deal for a 2014 cx5 touring so we got the sunroof and a few extra bells and whistles. It was also around closing time and he didnt rush us, but made us feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. More
