Great sincere service all around From the initial contact with this dealership to me walking out I felt completely comfortable and well taken care of. I was not in the best circumstances to walk out with a car that day and Eugene Hocman still took the time to show me cars , discuss options, get different quotes ....etc...at the end he even had his manager come out to introduce himself with no intention of tryin to "sell" us. I have my new Mazda CX-5 for almost 3 months now and am so happy I went with Mazda. My sales rep, Marc Ortiz was an incredible help in my purchase. I was very stressed and nervous to buy a new car, as I had not bought a new one in 12 years. He made the whole process for me fairly quick and stress free, and since it was difficult for me to make it into the dealership with my work hours, he was a huge help in answering so many of my questions over the phone and made himself available out of his busy schedule as well. He went out of his way to help me and stayed well past his shift to assist me in my final purchase and really assisted me in some decisions I was very indecisive about. I'm excited to be a party of the Mazda family and greatly appreciate Marc's time and effort! More
Con Artistist,No accountability,dishonest Sales staff Bought a 2014 CX-5 from Stephan Z in 2013 and I am still waiting on a breakdown of the added charges that drove my negotiated price of 26,500 to well Bought a 2014 CX-5 from Stephan Z in 2013 and I am still waiting on a breakdown of the added charges that drove my negotiated price of 26,500 to well over 32,000. I do know that there were about 2k in taxes and 500 for navi but I was also told my quote contained a Mazda loyalty rebate of approx 700 dollars which was added back on afterwards. After several calls I received no satisfaction and will Never recommend or buy from them again. As a software engineer I've taking several steps to warm potential buyers ,friends and family members in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania of this dealers tactics by utilizing every social networking medium available to us at this time. To add insult to injury when the plates came into the dealer they plated it with the Wayne Mazda licence plate bracket that is illegal in New Jersey.my wife was pulled over and received a $54 ticket. When I confronted Mazda they played dumb ,promised call backs which never happened and refuse to be accountable for this ticket. Repeated calls lead to myy call being passed along to one person to another person to another. None of which were helpful. This experience clearly showed the rampant incompetence within this dealer's organization. Nolan can you hear me now???? More
