Very Deceiving, and Treat Repeat Customers Like Garbage!!!! Let me start by saying that I've purchased 4 previous cars from Wayne Mazda and with each one, the experience got worse and worse. I went in there today because I have a lease expiring on a CX-9 Touring at the end of the month and wanted to see what type of deal I could get on it's replacement. For starters, I was sent an E-Price quote on the exact vehicle that I wanted and although it was a bit more than I wanted to spend, it was close enough to bring me into the store. When I get there to start the "negotiating", I put that in quotes because it is completely one sided as they refuse to give an inch on anything price related, they proceed to tell me that the quote I was given didn't include a bunch of fees that added over $4K to the price! I told them where I wanted to be and they acted as if they could care less if I bought a car or not, very arrogant, repeatedly telling me that they are "the largest Mazda dealership in the country" as if that means anything. After dealing with Ash for a while and getting nowhere, I asked to speak to a Sales Manager, well, along comes Travis Magid, basically telling a repeat customer of over 8 years that he has no interest in my business and tells me there is nothing he can do. No counter offers, no "let's see if we can work this out", no talk of payments, financing, leasing options, nothing! So basically, they let me walk out the door and from the way they acted, could care less if I ever came back without ever discussing price! I have another lease expiring in October 2015 on a Mazda 3, my plan was to upgrade to the CX-5 and purchase from Wayne Mazda, but that's not happening anymore, I'll find a smaller dealership that actually values their customers. Stay away from these guys, they may be one of the largest Mazda dealerships in the country and have a great selection, but their sales team is one of the worst that I've ever dealt with. More
