I had the unfortunate experience of working with Patrick Tehada who lied multiple times to my face about the timeline of the delivery of the car. The car was on port hold and he kept giving me dates of Tehada who lied multiple times to my face about the timeline of the delivery of the car. The car was on port hold and he kept giving me dates of delivery and then never calling back. I called the dealership asking to speak to a manager and was put on hold for 2 hours then hung up on once the dealership closed. I called again the next day and spoke to a manager who told me the car was damaged in transit and said they will get me a different car (you would think they would call me to tell me that information, not the other way around). Magically after waiting for over a month they found a car within 2 days... Once I recieved the car they did not deliver the title, registration or plates within 30 days meaning the car could not be driven. It still has not gotten to me. I called Mazda directly who advised the dealership should send me a survey about their performace for Mazda to review which I magically never recieved. The police officer who pulled me over for the expired temp plates advised they have stopped multiple cars from wayne mazda with the same issue More
