Stephen Zagoric sold me a new Mazda3 in 2018. I was very happy with his service. The process was excellent from the service he provided through the finance department. Recently in 2024 (6 year I was very happy with his service. The process was excellent from the service he provided through the finance department. Recently in 2024 (6 years later) I contacted Stephen for an issue with my car that is no longer covered by warranty. Stephen gave me solid advice on fixing my navigation system for a fraction of the cost of having the entire system being upgraded by the service team. Most sales people are only concerned about selling cars. He was willing to put in the extra time to keep a customer happy well after the sale of the car. I would highly recommend Stephen for any assistance with Mazdas. More

I would like to change my review after several months. Why? Because after the sale process and a request for a good review from the manager Ahmad, none of my questions were resolved for 3 months. Q1 Why? Because after the sale process and a request for a good review from the manager Ahmad, none of my questions were resolved for 3 months. Q1: Where is my license plate? My temporary license plate expired on August 21, 2024. Today is October 15, 2024. Q2: I asked the manager about the service history of my car. No response. What have I received from my dealer? The promise that they will be responsible for the tickets for expired license given in the iMessage from manager. Tons of sales spam and absolete ignore after September 5, 2024. And this is in the CRM era. More
