After the insurance paid it off, we shopped numerous dealers within a closer radius that had the trim level and exterior/interior color that she specifically was looking for. One of the closest Hyundai Dealers eventually quoted us a very good year end deal on 12/30/19 that none of the others came close to offering. We agreed and went in to sign & drive on New Years Eve day mid-morning. While the Finance person was getting ready to get our credit for a loan, the Sales Consultant said he'll get our 2020 Hyundai Tuscon Sport and bring it into the prep garage. It was the only Magnetic Force gray with Black interior. In a flash he came back and asked we'd like a gray interior instead and we became puzzled immediately. He told us as he was coming up to the garage bay, a pickup truck backed up into both passenger doors of our almost new replacement vehicle - so we thought. We couldn't believe what just happened after losing our other one to a fallen tree. There were no more black interior choices and he told us they wouldn't be able to get one at this time of the year from somewhere else. We had no choice but to walk away. It was around noon so we went to get a bite to eat and I opened a search further away into NJ (we are just north of NJ in NY). I found practically the same Tuscon 'In Stock' at Wayne Hyundai which was just over an hour away. I called for pricing but was told we need to come in. At this point, we had no choice but to give it a shot to still try and get a really good 2020 year-end deal like we thought we already had that morning. We arrived around 3:00 pm and were introduced to Jose Reyes with only a few hours left to closing for 2019. We explained what happened to us and Jose listened carefully with sympathy. I stated that we were hoping that Wayne Hyundai could work a deal at the same numbers we agreed to at the NY Dealer with the unexpected misfortune. Jose took the numbers to his Sales Manager - Harold Vargas to explain what happened and if he could make the same deal happen. Harold came over to Jose's desk and sat down to go confer the proposed deal. After a very short back & forth volley of numbers, Harold agreed to help us with the exact deal that we had on the doomed Tuscon. We then met with Luigi to setup the Finance details and the deal was done just before closing. Jose, Harold and Luigi handled this deal with such professionalism and turned around what seemed to be a terrible end to a year. They made our New Year start off on the best note since we went back there to pick up our new 2020 Tuscon first thing on Jan. 2nd. I've purchased many new cars in my day. Friends and family usually reach out to me to help them with their purchases. I can tell you right now that you don't need to shop multiple Dealers and waste countless hours of negotiation. Make it easy on yourself and deal with a professional Sales & Finance Team with Jose Reyes (Sales Consultant), Harold Vargas ( Sales Manager) and Luigi in Finance that will get you a nice rate to go along with your great discount savings. It was such a pleasure to interact with these true gentlemen and absolute professionals. I will gladly take the trip to payback my loyalty to their Service Dept. for any service needs. More

Go to any other Hyundai dealer- you'll get better prices anyway. Better service too, and you'll actually be treated with respect. If you're firm on what you can afford (other dealers have easily met my criteria) then they don't want anything to do with you. They will ignore your messages. These people want to take advantage of you for as much as they can, worse than any other dealer. They aren't willing to compromise. The manager Kyle will act friendly in the beginning, and when the time comes to make a decision, he will start to bully you into trying to make the sale- he actually told me to leave my "down payment over the phone because it would be too busy to come the next week". He also told me if I didn't come next week, my car would be gone because they are going to "sell 60 cars next week". They assume you're stupid or something. They could not offer me the deal I wanted and instead offered me a lesser vehicle which I reluctantly agreed to settle for, and I am really glad this didn't work out because I have since found a way better deal on the HIGHER TRIM MODEL of the car I initially wanted from a different dealer... for way less than Wayne was going to charge me for the lesser car. The salesman Fredrick stopped answering my questions and I looked online to see the car I had planned to purchase in the next few days had been sold, but no one wanted to relay this to me, instead they just refused to get back to me after I had asked questions about the vehicle they had just told me I could come in to sign for in the next few days. This just shows me that if they can't get enough out of you, they don't even give you the courtesy and respect of relaying this information to a potential customer. Don't come here for your own good!
