I shopped for a Veloster for over a month and a half and did my homework. Wayne Hyundai made me the best offer and did not haggle around when we arrived at the dealership. The exact car we wanted was not available in the dealership and had to be ordered. This process was quicker than I thought I would be. Mark was in constant communication which was reassuring. There is no showroom at this dealership. Judging from the traffic and how busy they always seem to be in the office, they must be doing something right. I drove 45 minutes to get to Wayne when there is a dealer 2 miles and one 5 miles from my house. It was worth it. The financing manager tried to sell us the extended warranty packages a couple of different times but we simply said no twice and that was that. I know this is where any dealer will make most of their profit and they have to try, but I didn't think we were really pressured too hard, so it was ok. More
