Was looking at a few models including the Elantra. Went in there and worked with Tommy. Very nice guy, very helpful and took good care of my son and I during our visit. From the moment John approached my fiancee, Dianne, and me in the car lot, through explanations about literally every feature the Sonata SE contained, John ensured we were extremely comfortable. He had answers for all of our questions including: mechanical, interior, exterior, safety features, aerodynamics, coefficieent of drag, "creature comforts," ergonomics, the "infotainment" center, etc. Being a "gear-head" myself, I truly appreciated learning that the Sonata had electric power steering, meaning one less pulley to deduct power from the engine. John explained that Hyundai no longer had a timing belt change interval since their cars used a timing chain, among many other updated features. When we picked-up the SE (as we now affectionately refer to it), John spent nearly two additional hours re-explaining everything, and then some, including thirty minutes of that time inside the car assisting us with configuring hands-free calling, navigation, radio controls, etc... Dianne and I were so pleased that we told our daughter and son-in-law about this wonderful, car-buying experience that John had created for us. The day we picked-up the SE, Nicky and Alli bought a top-of-the-line Sonata, with which they are very pleased... If any of our friends and family are interested in a gorgeous, well-made car, we would direct them only to Wayne Automall Hyundai- and insist they see John Sima as their car salesperson... Additionally, the car was spotless- in and out- when we picked it up... Thank you- again- John, for making such a major purchase so easy and pleasant...
