Deceptive Practices and Broken Promises: My Experience at Hyundai Wayne. I am absolutely outraged by my experience at Hyundai Wayne. After purchasing a CPO car with the salesperson Bryan Castro, I was pro Hyundai Wayne. I am absolutely outraged by my experience at Hyundai Wayne. After purchasing a CPO car with the salesperson Bryan Castro, I was promised the second key and the vehicle manual for free, with the assurance that they would be delivered when I picked up the permanent plates. Because the items were not found on the day of purchase. The plates were ready, but Bryan Castro kept postponing the delivery of the promised items. And then, after our last contact, he simply disappeared. Even after numerous attempts to contact him via messages and phone calls, the salesperson ignored my requests. Desperate, I sought help at the dealership and was promised a solution by the manager, Mall. I waited for weeks for this response, which never came. When I finally managed to speak with Mall again, he denied all the promises made by Bryan Castro and insisted that I should bear the costs if I wanted to obtain them. This is unacceptable! The lack of respect and negligence at this dealership is shocking. The empty promises made during the sale are an affront to consumers. This experience seriously makes me believe that Hyundai Wayne is not a reputable place to buy a car and that it's all a sham with lies and false promises to make a sale. Future customers, think twice before choosing this place to buy a car. More

Please to anyone thinking about shopping at this car dealership BEWARE!! Really wish I could give them a half star or less. I Called about a 2021 hyundai and at the time I didn't know I was talking to a dealership BEWARE!! Really wish I could give them a half star or less. I Called about a 2021 hyundai and at the time I didn't know I was talking to a "call center".. I offer a price over the phone because I'm 4-5 hours away and was willing to drive to pick up the car. I was told my price was good, so I made an appointment for the next day. The next day I called to confirm my appointment and the price, but this time I reached out to the dealership direct number not the 1-800 number, I was told a manager need to approve my offer, and they will call me back. But I received a call from take a guess!! you guessed it, "The Call Center" telling me everything was good and I was good to come in. Hours later something told me to call before going up there this time I was able to get a hold of a sale Rep (Daniel) and he told me he could have me come in but since my drive is 4-5 hours not going to waste my time. I respect him for being honest with me but you can tell he's an A hole and think he's just the man, but he did do me like the rest of the dealership and trying to BATE me into coming in. At this point I was super upset so I called the call center again and talk to the same girl that's been telling me everything was good with my price and she even got it approved by her manager. She asked can she call me back she wanted to talk to her manager again. She called back less than 5 minutes later talking about the car was "sold" all this happen in less than 10 minutes. I can confirm the car was not sold it's still on the website and if you call they will try to set you up an appointment. Bottom line is stay away from a dealership that needs to BATE you into coming in just to get a sale. Places like this have no integrity. They will have you talking to a call center and the call center people will lie to you and telling you anything just to get you in the door. No integrity, liars, shady business = bad business... Stay away! More
