I had an appointment at 10. They got back to me at 3pm only to tell me they need another 6 hours to find "exactly" where the problem is. I had to pay 190 for diagnosis that doesn't tell me exactly the issue. More

Service was good. I did wait all morning for an oil change and for someone to listen to a rattle I’ve been having for a few months now.
