Disappointed, I bought my Freestyle at Wayne Ford and would have it serviced there. The Freestyle was brought in with the charging system light on. It was driven on to a flatbed and driven into a spot at Ford. I explained that the alternator and battery was replaced in the last year, not by Wayne Ford. Wayne Ford replaced the alternator and battery and I was told to pick up the car. The brake, ABS, air bag, and traction control lights were on, this is not how any mechanic should let any car be driven home with safety features warning lights on. When I complained I was told it would be an additional charge to diagnose the issue. To resolve the safety issue a note in upper case was added to the invoice. I haven’t driven the car since bring it home. I would brag about the endurance of my Ford not any more. More
