Seth was so helpful and patient with us. My husband and I wanted a Ford Escape that we saw on the internet. However, when we arrived the car had already been sold. Seth was so nice and had me test drive/compare and explain the differences between the two cars that we were interested in. Needlessly to say my husband bought the car on the spot and they took my 2000 ford focus as a trade in (even with 190,000) miles on it and alot of wear and tear!!!! Generally a friendly but high pressure environment. Aweful post sales service. I was promised an oil change which nobody returned my phone call on. Finally received after writing a letter. Promised great service department, but I get treated like a Ford Taurus buyer, even though I paid over MSRP for a SVT Cobra that I am supposed to getting premium SVT service. Don't buy into their sales gimmicks, if you get your price buy from them, if you don't move on to the next Ford dealer. More
