Bought a used 2012 Expedition EL from Wayne Ford a few days ago. From the second my wife and I walked in the door, Dana Matteace in Sales was awesome. She kept in constant communication with me via phone and email, and even rushed the prep and certification of our truck so we could get it a day early. Couldn't have asked for anything more of her! While we were there picking up our new truck, our young son got his hand slammed in the door of a small car. Thankfully, no broken fingers, just a lot of tears. Dana ran for ice without us asking and came back right away...very concerned that our son's hand was ok. Truly a class act. Would highly recommend her, and the dealership, to anyone. More
