The worst dealership I have had the displeasure to work with. I have a defective roll up bed cover installed from the factory. It's broken and for the past 18 months I have been unable to get it replaced because I can never get the dealer to fulfill it's obligation to provide any viable customer service. I have spoken to over half a dozen people at the dealership, they ALL say they will handle it. No one ever even returns my call, or follow up with Ford Motor Co it is an utter disgrace. Stay away from Wayne Akers ford. They only care about one thing... Their bottom line. More
