I took my brand new truck black widow f-250 2 times with suspension issues making a noise when turning or backing up.Also, i had a trailer on and it sounds worse. Issue is not fix yet. In December 2019, Ford released TSB 19-2365, attributing excessive oil consumption to specific conditions, particularly for some 2018-2020 F150 vehicles equipped with 5.0 L engine. I was not aware of this s excessive oil consumption to specific conditions, particularly for some 2018-2020 F150 vehicles equipped with 5.0 L engine. I was not aware of this significant problem when I purchased my 2020 F150 Lariat 5.0 L and noticed after driving it for a few miles that the engine was low on oil with no visible oil leak, and a sudden engine rattling noise. I have decided to go on The Wayne Akers' Website and read some of the reviews as well as some of the comments posted about this issue on different forums such as Ford F150 Forum, Ford-Truck.com, Just-Answer, Reddit/F150, etc. Looking for the right advice is when I decided to walk into Wayne Akers Ford Dealer in Lake Worth, Florida and talked to one of the service advisor Yovonne Felix who excel beyond my expectations explaining me in a very professional manner the steps like reprogramming the PCM system, Inspecting the engine for oil leaks and replacing the engine oil and filter, replacing the oil level indicator if necessary (longer dipstick) an oil level monitoring every 1000 miles, and potentially getting a software updated from Ford to adjust engine parameter. This is my second positive review I have made in response to my interaction with some of the staff members of Wayne Akers Ford Dealer, but Yovonne Felix has exceeded the customer's needs with a combination of technical, communication, and customer service skill. More
