I own three Fords and I drive the extra miles to Wayne Akers. This service visit was typical. My Edge had a C/E light on and the rear camera was now looking down. Also the part needed for a recall was not Akers. This service visit was typical. My Edge had a C/E light on and the rear camera was now looking down. Also the part needed for a recall was not in stock.. The service writer Ben got my list and kept me informed on all the above.. When the part comes in he will call me for the changeout. The other items were corrected and I got off cheap ! I have been using Wayne Akers for all my service needs and maintenance for 12 years now. More
