Just trying to bring my truck in for the map update. Called (5) times on Friday. Dialed my service manager Steve Waters who has been great to work with and no answer, just ringing. Called again for the operator and was told Steve was no longer there and transferred me to VM for Isabella "who schedules service". I left message and never received a call back. I called the dealership again, just ringing. Next day, I called for the operator and told her that my call was never returned by Isabella and she transferred me again, somewhere....Doesn't matter because the phone rang forever without any VM or representative to answer. It should be this difficult to spend money with them. I'm going to try Mullinex where I bought it and deal with the inconvenience. Not happy & disappointed More

They have no consideration for keeping your car for 5 days without fixing the problems. . I took the car in November because I purchased WiFi service for the car and we could not get it to work. And the video monitor on the passenger headrest was glitching. They had my car for 5 days and said come pick it up we could not fix it at this time. Bring it back I. 2 weeks and we should have answers to make the repairs. I waited a month before calling and making an appointment I was told to bring my car in Monday morning. I arrived at 8 am. After several attempts to reach the service department I finally was told they would be looking at my car in a couple of hours. By the end of the day it was still not being serviced. Tuesday comes and several calls later I am now told that my car was still not being serviced. Joe the service rep said he would talk to the service manager. I called Wednesday morning and left a message with the service manager. Joe called and said they were getting my car in today ( Wednesday) and it should take 1-2 hours. Repairs were not made by Friday afternoon. I told them I’m coming to get my car and take it to Al Packard. After 10 days in the shop no answers no repairs. The technician actually complained about having to trace wires to fix the monitor. Isn’t that his job. I asked for a loaner car and they don’t have this program. You would think they would try to repair cars in a timely fashion. Will not purchase another car from Wayne Ackers and certainly will not return to customer service. Another problem this month is that no one answers the phone. I finally go to the operator to get connected More

After calling them for three days leaving messages or hitting option 2 on the auto attended, I decided to show up. At that point I was informed, even though this was the second attempt to fix a water lea hitting option 2 on the auto attended, I decided to show up. At that point I was informed, even though this was the second attempt to fix a water leak (that appears to be growing mold in my car) that Ford is no longer providing loaner cars and I would not get reimbursed for a rental. This came directly from the Service Manager Dave/David. When I asked to speak to the local district service manager for south florida, I was informed that he could not give out his phone number or email address. That I would have to contact Ford directly to arrange a loaner car. Left the dealership after wasting almost an hour, called the 800 number, spoke to a Quincy who is a big help and apologized for the inconvenience. He proceeded to reach out to an additional local dealership who has already arranged for service and loaner. This is my first time owning a Ford in 30 years, and probably my last. More
i have bought 3 cars from wayne akers ford lake worth 2 new and 1 used the total dishonesty lack of common buss.practices is downright appalling the first new car broke down 4 times within 2 week new and 1 used the total dishonesty lack of common buss.practices is downright appalling the first new car broke down 4 times within 2 weeks returned the vehicle i was obligated to take another new car as a replacement ( the new one was a far cheaper model that the dealer refused to acknowledge the diff . i sued and won in court and was refunded the diff.. to get rid of this ford nightmare in order not to lose over 6.000 usd i traded it in on an older car at a loss. the car was FORD CERTIFIED. good luck with that. it is apparent ford has not learnt how to make a decent transmission as the "new" car has trans problems... small potatoes the service dept first denied the "certified" warranty then i was told they cannot take the car in for 2 /3 months as they were snowed in with tranny work. yesterday i was stuck on the road i called the service dept and was told they would get back to me.........well they never told me when what month what yr. i asked a dozen times for the door code and was given assurance "next time" that too never happened. i had to go elsewhere after waiting for 4 hours this is the very worst service save your money NEVER BUY A FORD AND NEVER TRUST WAYNE AKERS sadly one is obligated to list stars even 1 is too much. i see there are many 5 star ratings that is amazing as every time i went to WAYNE AKERS SERVICE i met others that were upset at poor service and overcharging More

Even their so many point inspection is a joke as several times before leaving I checked my blinkers or other lights and found a light not working. Their sheet always has checked off that they inspected everything..... Not so. Better get your quotes in writing too..... I asked to speak to the General Manager of the Dealership and was told there is no General Manager. Then a few days ago they told me the place is being sold and that Mr. Young, the former owner/general manager just walked out and said he has had enough. My hunch is they are going out of business but who knows....? The service people tell me that the average service representative works there from 3 to 6 months then quits. More
Went for a oil change was there two hours and still my truck wasn’t serviced. Ask to speak to the service advisor manager and he even didn’t come out to speak to me, about my issue. Terrible Service!!! I have taken my Mustang GT to this service department 4 times...and they never resolved a "clunking" noise issue when turning. Now the car is out of warranty. What is really bad is that they keep insisting that the problem is fixed. Each time they said..."Oh...it was this...and we fixed it". I can go on...and on. My Ford Focus falls under the cars recalled for transmission issues, and instead of fully fixing the problem, they just put a bandaid on it each time. My car completely slips out of gear as I'm driving down 95 on a consistent basis, it shakes so much when I accelerate that it feels like it is going to stall. I have the genuine fear that I could be killed in this car and they refuse to help me. I'm back in today after yet again having the clutch replaced in February. They are refusing me a loaner. Yet again just offering a bandaid on a serious issue. More
