Good afternoon, I appreciate the call back finally that I received yesterday. I just ask for good customer service. Why did it have to take me to fill out a survey to finally get an answer. The service writer is upset I get that so am I just want my truck taken care of and finish. I still have the same issue from the original time I brought it there and to another dealer with a vibration that nobody can figure out. But I got nowhere on that. Not sure about what Ford standards are but it’s not about the customer anymore.
