I have had great experience in the past with Wayne Akers. While Kristian was nice on the phone, his communication was minimal at best, and there were some concerned hiccups. I was advised to go to Wayne Akers because they dealt with my extended warranty in the past. The first time I went it was great. This time, Kristian was calling the wrong number, and it took him two days to realize it was the wrong number. Also, when the problem was trying to be fixed, he told my wife that they are running into this issue and they don’t know why. That is a bit concerning when you bring a Ford to a Ford dealership. Wayne Akers offers a lot of great services…but this experience was pretty rough! More
