Jim, the service rep was outstanding. He was very thorough. The reason this is not a 5 star rating is because the mechanic did not use gloves when he drove my car and left dirt/oil on my steering wh thorough. The reason this is not a 5 star rating is because the mechanic did not use gloves when he drove my car and left dirt/oil on my steering wheel.
