I had very little interaction with the service rep. He didn't ask me who I was or if I had any other concerns about my vehicle beside the oil change which I had an appointment for. Will not return to Wayne Akers for service. Purchase our Expedition in 2007 from them with 4 miles on it when we drove off the lot now has 280k. 90% of the service has been don at Wayne Akers. The service has just gotten worse and worse the last couple of years. Today’s oil change and tire rotation took three and a half hours and then the tires weren’t even rotated because they said the lug nuts were swollen and they couldn’t get them off. Still cot me $82 for the oil. How they stay in business I don’t know, there were more employees walking around then there were customers. They could probably cut the office staff by 2/3 and still have more people than they need they have no inventory to sell what do they need all the people for????? Hire more service technicians or teach the office staff how to do oil changes. More
I called to setup an appointment for an oil change, I was able to get a convenient day and time. They did let me know about how long it would take and I would say they stay close to the time line. Dropped my car and the very next day was already diagnosed. They called me to let me know what was wrong and to request authorization to fix it for X amount of money (way lower than other quotes tha diagnosed.
