Jim, the service rep was outstanding. He was very thorough. The reason this is not a 5 star rating is because the mechanic did not use gloves when he drove my car and left dirt/oil on my steering wh thorough. If I could give a negative star rating I would. Don’t lie to your customers. Honesty goes a long way, especially when you make a mistake. 3 hours for an oil change and rotate. Unpublished price hikes, courtesy van driver was M I A, car had greasy hand prints all over it and the steering wheel was greasy. Had to take it straight to the car wash.
