Horrible customer service. Had to bring car back after repairs. Was not called for over a week when car was finished then had to fight to get money back from rental agency. Since the new owners I have noticed a BIG DIFFERENCE in customer care. When you pull up at the service center and go in the office you get redirected to one of the rep’s in the office. Why on earth would you move the Register and Receptionist in that tiny office was a mistake, customers walk in and don’t know where to go not only that but I observed customers wanting to pay for new parts and don’t know where to go.
