I showed up at nine left around 1030 for an oil change and tire rotation got to chill in the waiting room not bad and tire rotation got to chill in the waiting room not bad More

Was told when I arrived that it would be 2 to 2 1/2 hrs for an oil change. Needless to say it was over 3 hrs. I did not have an appointment but that would not have mattered as a gentleman who had a 2 pm for an oil change. Needless to say it was over 3 hrs. I did not have an appointment but that would not have mattered as a gentleman who had a 2 pm appointment ( I came in right after him) had his car returned to him at the same time I did… so what good is an appointment. Since this dealership has been sold it has gone downhill. But at least they don’t try to up sell services and products. More
