Just call your own dealership. see if you can ask for help. try to get someone on the phone. Try to make an appointment for service on line, see if you get serviced when at your scheduled appointment. Try working in your waiting area, see if you can make calls without hearing the background noise of a monitor. You've got issues. Good luck.
