I dealt with the collision department to replace my vehicle’s hood due to factory paint defect. The whole process took me 3 months! There was absolutely no communication from the dealer, they picked up vehicle’s hood due to factory paint defect. The whole process took me 3 months! There was absolutely no communication from the dealer, they picked up phone once when I called during this whole time. When the hood was replaced, they forgot to install the insulation shield so I had to go back again. Overall, extremely frustrating situation mainly due to lack of communication. More

Absolute Rip off artist! Super Duty labor Rate? WTH! $280 diagnostic fee plus sales tax! Then your establishment estimated repairs of over $1400! To replace a coil a plug Super Duty labor Rate? WTH! $280 diagnostic fee plus sales tax! Then your establishment estimated repairs of over $1400! To replace a coil a plug wire and spark plug, and recommended full tune up at $2400! The coil And plug wire and spark plug I replaced according to your $280 diagnostics failed to repair the truck. I at this point absolutely disgusted with your antics, loaded the truck and delivered it to a reasonable dealer where it was properly repaired by professionals. Furthermore at half the price! And properly repaired. If it weren’t for Kisselback Ford I would trade my Super Duty for any of your competitors product! More
