Im extremely disappointed in my latest experience.with the service dept. Had a appointment at 10 on Friday for brakes, service advisor Ben. After trying for an hour and a half to get some one in the phone the service dept. Had a appointment at 10 on Friday for brakes, service advisor Ben. After trying for an hour and a half to get some one in the phone numerous voice mails. I received a call at 4:45, Friday afternoon telling me I needed new rotors all the way around and obviously brake pads. I have always taken my truck to you guys for service never was it mentioned I needed brake pads , had they told me I wouldn’t have worn them out to the point of needing the rotors replaced. Also Ben told me the last time my truck was serviced was December 21, 2021., really less than 2 months ago.. Total cost 2700, funny thing is Mullinax could do exact same for 1400. I showed them my paperwork. Mr. Benjamin was very accommodating he did furnish a rental and after much discussion brought my bil down to 1800., needless to say all trust is lost. They would have been very happy me paying 2700, also what else are they being sketchy about feel totally used and abused. More

Paid $850 for nothing, tech worthless, had to fix transmission at mom and pop shop, he told me transmission problems cant be found by a diagnostic tool he drove it around and said there is nothing wr transmission at mom and pop shop, he told me transmission problems cant be found by a diagnostic tool he drove it around and said there is nothing wrong with it, not again at wayne akers ford i was no longer important as soon as sales agent founded out i had no warranty, went to fix transmission, lift gate inoperative Windows and tpms light only Windows was fixed and I left with additional problems namely inoperative sun roof and 120 volts socket out of order, they clamed they fixed it when I brought it back but it it is still not working but I am not going back there, I had to buy my own tpms tool to fix the dashboard light More
