I had neglected recalls for door latches and transmission control module software and consequently ended up with doors bungee corded closed. As I waited, numerous folks from the parts, cashier, and sales office greeted me and expressed concern regarding my welfare and status. The work was completed efficiently and as promised regarding time. James even had the car exterior quickly washed as a bonus. The attitudes, demeanor, and performance of the entire staff indicted that this must be a good place to work and that the staff cared about their jobs.
