Took my vehicle in for an oil change & tire rotation on 5/28. Also asked to check brakes & try & repair ashtray. My service rider B. Buchanan was courteous & nice. Well, the bad part is on Sunday, I noticed that one of my lug nut covers was damaged. Due to the holiday, I contacted my service rider & left voicemail on Tuesday. We spoke again I think on Thursday & I have not been contacted yet. My main concern is that the technician made the mistake, & to my knowledge didn’t let anyone know. More
