When FORD motor company left me high and dry with a recall, the guys at Wayne Ackers really added to their already loaded day to try to help me. FORD stayed MIA. But Wayne Ackers team was incredibly k recall, the guys at Wayne Ackers really added to their already loaded day to try to help me. FORD stayed MIA. But Wayne Ackers team was incredibly kind and helped me for 3 weeks I’m an effort to get the recall repair approved. Amazing team, thank you Eric and Lenny, and the amazing ray of serious sunshine at the cashier desk. Thank you for still understanding customer service! More

Service Advisor Yovonne was excellent. Cannot say the same for the service tech. They only put in 6 qt of oil when my truck required 8. Did not pressure my tires as stated on the door lab Cannot say the same for the service tech. They only put in 6 qt of oil when my truck required 8. Did not pressure my tires as stated on the door label. Had to go back the next day to have corrected. Yovonne personally made sure everything was corrected. Got me in in out in 30 minutes or less More
