So far this year with service it has been good. I have an 11 year old car so it has some issues. I've needed repairs and had great service. A new service advisor Eric took over for my previous o I have an 11 year old car so it has some issues. I've needed repairs and had great service. A new service advisor Eric took over for my previous one and got my car diagnosed and fixed within a day. Not cheap but fixed!! Happy with that. More

The Gentleman that took care of me showed no customer service skills, He did not introduce himself when he approached me, there was no greeting or anything. He walked up to me inside of my vehicle and d service skills, He did not introduce himself when he approached me, there was no greeting or anything. He walked up to me inside of my vehicle and dated to me “ You can have a seating in the lobby area, leave your keys on the dashboard” and walked away.
