Day I brought my car in for service I was told Service team was in a staff meeting- I was asked to wait until the meeting was over My husband saw two offices occupied with 2 workers in each office and ta team was in a staff meeting- I was asked to wait until the meeting was over My husband saw two offices occupied with 2 workers in each office and talked someone into to helping us The service tech who worked on my car helped themselves to personal items without my permission Was told I need to pay for additional work (recall items-seat belt/ airbag) More

Arrived without an appointment to have a recall fixed first thing in the morning due to my car barely working and I needed to be at work by 10. Went in to get my tire repaired/changed. I left and a few minutes down the road my truck starts shaking and wobbling. Took it back and was told it was never balanced. A couple days later my I left and a few minutes down the road my truck starts shaking and wobbling. Took it back and was told it was never balanced. A couple days later my truck is wobbling again and it sounds like when you have a flat tire. Went to Midas and was shown lugnuts that were never tightened as I could turn them with my fingers easily and a tire that wasn't fully/properly mounted so it was falling off. The tire was able to put pulled off by hand by Midas due to it not being on correctly. Called Wayne Akers for the service department manager a couple times that day to inform them of this dangerous situation and no one answered. It's been a couple weeks or so now and no one has cares enough about the situation I have been put in to call or dang, to just say, sorry. I wanted to like here and I really wanted this to be my permanent mechanic but I can't put myself in another situation that could potentially harm me and my child who travels everywhere with me. More
