This is by far the worst dealership experience we have ever had. We had to wait 2 weeks for a appointment to drop the car of with Ben in service. The car sat there for 4 weeks. We were told it was wait ever had. We had to wait 2 weeks for a appointment to drop the car of with Ben in service. The car sat there for 4 weeks. We were told it was waiting on parts. After week 2 I called parts and found out all parts were there. We were never able to get Ben to respond same day to any messages. After a month I called the service manager and left a message that was also never replied to. My wife is finally called to get the car. Which sounded great until she arrived. The car is under warranty and had a $100 deductible. She was told the total was $2900.00 and when she walked out to the car it was covered with specs of dark paint. The car is white so it was very noticeable. Then they asked are you sure it wasnt there before???? Hours later the pricing is fixed and most of the paint is off. My wife leaves the dealership and the car pulls all over the road. First off it was only a 8 hour job that took 4 weeks. Second: if you pull out the entire front suspension, the engine and the transmission the car must get a alignment. I work for a dealership and know this is mandatory and also part of the warranty for the labor operation. When she asked why it wasnt done Ben was no where to be found as usual. The other service advisor said it should of had a alignment but they didn't do it for some reason. So now my wife wasted half a day for nothing and we still do not have our car that we are currently still making payments on. So we basically paid for a car to sit in the parking lot un touched for a month. The entire time she waited in the lobby before leaving not one person could find the service manager. I have attemped multiple times to call him and get to the bottom of this. I have also sent multiple messages on the facebook messenger site asking for assistance. In which I was told I will get a call soon. That has also not happened.
