Had 2 different services performed on my 2016 F150. I had a series of valves replaced for the engine along with an issue with the radio. Will definitely use this dealership and Mr. Felix in the future. More

Everyone in that service department was just no nice and polite! Since new in this area, I now know I can take my Lincoln in there and will not have to be concerned if the job is done right! Kristian was amazing but after my tire rotation my tire pressures were all different, with one tire having a 10 PSI difference, so back to the service area it went. I got it back and drove off and the PSI pressures were all different, with one tire having a 10 PSI difference, so back to the service area it went. I got it back and drove off and the PSI was 40. I did my errands and looked at my door and realized the PSI was supposed to be 35. The ride was loud and bumpy so I took it back. Kristian took it to the back and personally adjusted the PSI. I was taking a trip and drove the next day, and realized after it was dark that they had turned my lights off the automatic setting it was on when I took it in. It rained all day and state law is that you must have your lights on in the rain, and as it got dark people were flashing their lights at me and I kept wondering why. My father and I could have been in an accident. No headlights mean no tail lights too. I will not return to Wayne Akers Ford. More
