To be honest, when I first arrived it looked like a Chinese fire drill. There was no one to direct you to where you should be going. Customers with appointments should take preference.Recommend for high volume of customers pouring in you should have someone greeting them, putting the work orders on the windshield and prioritizing them. Once I got noticed, the service was good. Also, it looked like you were a bit short staffed. Service Reps should get out of their offices and be on the floor helping customers more. It is frustrating to see those who came after me get waited on before me. More

Waited 6 months for wayne akers to fix my car. No loaner car available so I rented a car for 6 months. Had to pay 5000$ for an engine that failed because of a recall. Not my fault.
