There was absolutely no communication. They gave me 2 different prices to have my brake pads replaced and my rooters resurfaced. I left my car over night and when I got it back it was maki They gave me 2 different prices to have my brake pads replaced and my rooters resurfaced. I left my car over night and when I got it back it was making a loud knocking noise. I had to bring it back again and leave it over night. They told me they didn’t resurface the rooters correctly and it wasn’t flush that’s why it was making a loud in knocking noise. No one ever answers the phones or communicates to let you know what’s going with your vehicle. It was just an awful experience for me. More

Service Writers are good don't get me wrong the service guys Who write you up are great But when I got my truck back there was stains on my center console and look like blood stains on my back seat And I h guys Who write you up are great But when I got my truck back there was stains on my center console and look like blood stains on my back seat And I had a Dent in the rear passenger side of my bed on my truck When I brought it back a second time they must have recognized they dented my truck and fixed it before I would say something And pricing is a little high $200 an hour for labor is a little bit ridiculous Doctors don't even get that much and I'm sure the mechanic is not getting $200 an hour I have always went to Wayne acres for everything Ford But after this last visit I'm thinking about going to a different dealership I was actually thinking about buying a vehicle from Wayne acres but when I saw the prices About passed out I called a couple of different dealerships and they were $35000 less I understand the economy is tough right now I understand that parts and materials to build vehicles is in high demand but $95000 for an XLt 350 diesel Every magazine for diesels says suggested manufacturers retail price for an F350 should be $65000 And that's not a base that's an XLT You gotta tighten up wayne akers you're gonna lose Is business to other dealerships More
