Stephen M Carr 561 846-9192 I have a loud squeak noise from the rear brakes when vehicle is cold and more prominently when in reverse. the noise lessens as the brake rotors heat up. resurfacing the rotors along with servicing the calipers and treating the existing brake pads with an anti squeak compound should solve the problem however your service advisor stated her technician inspected the brakes and since they were new I just needed to drive it more to make the noise go away. I suggested the aforementioned brake service to which she responded I would have to pay for or make another appointment to get it done under warranty because she doesn't cover warranty repairs on Saturday. please keep in mind that I made the appointment for the brake problem and asked for service work to be done while it was there. the noise is loud, annoying and embarrassing. please advise on how to resolve this matter.
