After noticing a loud front end rotating noise i had my tires rotated at discount tire vendor last thursday. Jan 23rd I went to your dealer for the oil change and somehow without my request they rotated my tires rotated at discount tire vendor last thursday. Jan 23rd I went to your dealer for the oil change and somehow without my request they rotated my tires. I notice immediately the front end noise driving out of the dealership, drove back to question if they did and no the service advisor denied just for me to come back to discount tire and have them rotate back after their inspection,the tires were warped causing the noise in the front end but not a problem when they were in the back. Drove out of discount tire without the noise again. I wish your service rep would have owned and corrected their mistake. Work on you communication between front service staff and mechanics in the back. Thanks. More

If you have a warranty job and another dealership work on it and didn’t fix it . You take it to where you bought it to fix it and they tell you No. I would think warranty is warranty shouldn’t matter. So I w it and didn’t fix it . Wednesday was my first ever visit to the dealership to Service my car and I could not have been happier with my visit. I had to get some work done and loved the desk area so I didn’t have a chance to visit the coffee bar set up, that was a nice touch.
