Service would not attempt to fix a couple items adviser said could not be duplicated, even after I send videos of being duplicated. I spoke to Erik only twice, then asked for Ford customer service. The F said could not be duplicated, even after I send videos of being duplicated. I spoke to Erik only twice, then asked for Ford customer service. The Ford Pro advisor spend a couple months trying to find a solution. After I wrote a Google review stating Erik stoped responding to the Ford Pro advisor, I was told by Ford Pro supervisor “I’ve been uninvited to come back to the dealership” More
