I came to Wayne Akers Ford fully prepared—with my trade-in information, loan payoff, and a clear budget. From the start, I was told the vehicle price was negotiable. But once it came time to actually discuss numbers, that promise disappeared. The dealership lowballed my trade-in, added over $1,300 in unwanted “protection packages,” and refused to budge on the price—even though the car had prior damage on record. When I made a fair, realistic offer of $31,500 out the door with my trade-in included, they dismissed me and told me to “look elsewhere.” If this is how Wayne Akers Ford treats serious buyers—by wasting their time and refusing to negotiate honestly—then I’ll gladly take their advice. Ben Anderson is my service advisor at Wayne Akers Ford service. Always an excellent experience, in and out in no time, however becoming more disappointed with the price of the oil changes since I don’t ne service. Always an excellent experience, in and out in no time, however becoming more disappointed with the price of the oil changes since I don’t need tire rotations since my tires are staggered, It’s a four cylinder Mustang Ecoboost. ( less oil.) I’m tired of asking for some kind of a break on price. Feels like I am begging. Unfortunately may have to look elsewhere for my next oil change/ service in the future. Also I didn’t realize that they have a 3% increase on credit cards charge therefore, I don’t carry $100 cash with me. $101 out the door for a 4-cylinder oil change. I didn’t bother Ben (advisor) with all this cause he was slammed with writing up service tickets for people. He was and is always awesome/ great but they are short staffed. Not service advisor’s fault. Owners should have some kind of loyalty discount, been using them for four different Fords for 12 years. More

Bought the Rocky Ridge truck from Wayne Akers. The truck steering stabilizer shock broke. Had the truck towed in on 05/02. On Monday 05/05 they looked at the truck. After being there for a week they told me to come and pick up the truck. They will not cover any costs for rental. It took them a week to tell me it was not covered and would not warranty the Ford stabilizer Shock that broke. Since the truck was lifted it voids the warranty. Here is the best part I bought the truck from them a Ford Dealership lifted and was told it would have the same warranty. Well, that is a lie. Rocky Ridge AKA Fox said it was a Ford part that failed, not part of the suspension that was installed but Fox. When you buy a Rocky Ridge from Ford just know you are on your own for any suspension issues. More
