It was easy to schedule the appointments and they came and picked up the car at the time they said they would be there. They kept me up to date on the progress and let me know went they were going to deli and picked up the car at the time they said they would be there. Been here on 3 occasions for basic service visits aka oil change, tire rotation, etc. Never going back. Never buying from here. Can’t ever set an appointment online. Tried calling but can’t ever reach a live person and set an appointment. I show up in the morning on weekdays for quick lane service. Upon arrival, it feels like I’m interrupting the staff with my visit given I don’t have an appointment. And this most recent visit, I waited 18 minutes to see an advisor which was too busy for me and carried a rude attitude with me. Couldn’t say how long the service would take but eventually stated it’d be 2 hours but wasn’t sure. The advisor came back to recommend a coolant flush on a 2022 F150 with 34,500 miles which seems odd since it’s not listed on Fords schedule maintenance plan. I declined. The service was completed in under 1 hour which was great but everything else was not pleasant. More
