i brought my truck in to have a tire replaced on my road warranty i had to wait until you got me a new tire from ca once you got the tire and i brought my truck in to have the tire change done your dumb xxx warranty i had to wait until you got me a new tire from ca once you got the tire and i brought my truck in to have the tire change done your dumb xxxxx took a perfectly good tire oof my truck and changed it and left the bad tire on the truck thank god i checked and got back before they threw it away at this dealership i brought my truck in fore a little bodywork from where i was hit and took some paint off of my bumper be the time you guys got finished you had mest the hole side of my truck up and crushed the top of the truck in from talking it thought aauto care wash so in your hands my truck was torn up pretty bad everything i come there your genuineness mess something else up and the bad part of this is me and my dad have bought at lest eight trucks from there and with the service you do you can bet your sweet xxx we want be back for nothing and would never recommend anyone to your dealership to be embarrassed (no way) More

Had my car towed in after hours. They called for the initial problem, called and left message re how much. I called to approve the work and requested return call. They went ahead and fixed the open recall but I wanted to request additional work that would have been nice to complete while it was there but they did not return my call. Rolando, Michael and Randall were all excellent people to work with and have conversation with. Rolando came in on his day off to make sure the car was all set for me.
