The worst experience ever. I brought out car in at least 30 minutes early as a courtesy. The car was not even looked at until “after lunch” the next day. I was told that the “appointment “ is putting it in 30 minutes early as a courtesy. The car was not even looked at until “after lunch” the next day. I was told that the “appointment “ is putting it in the queue. This repair was the worst ever. Nothing was accomplished. A part was supposed to be back ordered. I will get a call when the part comes in. That I doubt. We used to bring our previous car in for service. The best and only place we went. Therefore, when we were ready to purchase we went to Ford. This is the last one. This was the last service by Ford. Very disappointing. More
