Mislead. Brandon was nice but seemed to be about his convenience not mine. He answered some of my questions incorrectly. There is much conflicting information on Ford.com about my concerns and his knowledge, Insensitive to my concerns about several things I found unacceptable , like not coming with a spare tire, safety concerns , as I am 5 ft blonde single female, am unhappy that I made another purchase there, mad at myself that I did not walk away when he came back with $100 more per month then what my payment was already configured out to be via service mgr. My credit is exceptional and I went to my lender/ bank and got a much lower interest rate. I feel like I got attitude and was expected to be an easy target and unknowledgeable . Brandon actually told me to get a lawyer if I’m going to try to return that car and he tried to keep me away from service mgmt when I came back with concerns. I left angry and regret buying yet another car there, especially after Brandon told me that my tires had zero hazard protection, yet look at Ford.com says different, did not know my model Bronco Sport doesn’t come with a spare, my side mirror does not turn down and screen does not function like the loaner I drive exact same year and midel . I can’t change settings on the screen get rid Sirius and Apple play box blocks to get my phone privacy settings . Am I’m supposed to be ok with these things? After 2 days I came back to the dealership with the car unhappy and left even more unhappy due to uncaring and zero solutions More
