Just want my truck fixed right well for starters my family and I have purchased 7 vehicles from them and the service has gone down hill since the first, I just bought a 2017 ford f1 well for starters my family and I have purchased 7 vehicles from them and the service has gone down hill since the first, I just bought a 2017 ford f150 3.5 twin turbo truck from them and has had nothing but trouble out of it, I am not the kind of person that just wants to complain, I just want my truck fixed right, and willing to work with them, but I have took it to a dealer by my house to see what they can make of the clicking noise coming from passenger side of engine and has a sluggish vibration when doing about 40 to 50 mph, and the dealer couldn't tell me anything, all they said is they don't know where the noise is coming from, manager told me to take it back where I bought it from, so I did and on the way to the dealer ship I bought it from (Waxahachie) my truck had hardly no power so I pulled over and looked under hood and found a hose that was split so I walked to auto parts and bought a hose that would fit it, because the hose is a dealer item, just so I can make it to the dealer. they had truck for a week or so and first said it was the hose I put on the truck that was making that noise, I told them when I dropped the truck off that I put that hose on there just so I can make it up here, and one of the tech old me its probely the cam phasers and timing chain, witch makes since after reading all the ford forms, well final answer the give me when [picking up my truck was its a common noise from them motors, and its throwing up engine codes about cam, I cant even drive my truck no where with out some one asking me how I like the diesel in the ford or do you know you got a bad lifter, so all I want is to be treated fair, My family and I have spent a lot of money up there on cars and trucks More

Poor business practices I found a car I was interested in online listed for a certain price. I confirmed the price, availability and made an appointment to test drive. I wait I found a car I was interested in online listed for a certain price. I confirmed the price, availability and made an appointment to test drive. I waited over 4 hours while the manager played pricing games with me starting with a low trade in offer and outrageously high interest rate for financing. In the end, he gave me what I asked for trade in. But then...a couple of days later... I looked at my paperwork and realized he upped the sale price by $2298. It is my bad that I did not look over the contract line by line but a shame that the online sell price was altered in order to make me believe that I was given a fair trade in. BEWARE. More

Lied to me So I haven't even gone to the dealership and I've already had a bad experience with them. Talked to Corrine several times this week about a 2015 Nissa So I haven't even gone to the dealership and I've already had a bad experience with them. Talked to Corrine several times this week about a 2015 Nissan Murano , and she quoted me a price of 23,000.00 out the door, Twice. So I talked to her yesterday and told her, I would call Thursday and see if it was still available. So I did and of course she is not in today. I get a text from a salesman named Eric, saying that he would be taking care of us, because today is Corrine's day off. So I said I would like to make sure the quote she gave me is correct, and I told him what it was. He said Oh no, you are way off, it is 33,000 dollars. I have taken off 2 hours from work today, all because I was lied too. I asked Eric why she would give me that quote, and his answer was , Oh she just didn't know, or thought I was talking about a different vehicle. That's xxxxxxxx, she just flat out lied. I don't like leaving bad reviews, and most things don't bother me, but right now, I am furious. I hate being Lied too. More
