Purchase went as usual. I have been a leasing customer for over 30 years in 3 different states. Dodge,Honda,Toyota,Hayndai,and now Chevrolet. Now a simple oil change at this dealership is absolutely ridiculous. With an appointment is 3 hours wait??? Last week I wasn't on the schedule, even though I had the email confirmation with me. It was going to be 3 hours then, so I made another appointment for today. I was on the schedule and told 3 hours again. Really??? Guess I could have lost only 1 day of time with you, instead I lost 2. Maybe you should have just let me know it's always going to be a 3 hour wait! More
Watson Infinit Chevrolet is the best. I have had 9 Infinitis. I clipped a boulder by my mail box and left a crease in front panel. Dishonest dealership They said that I needed universal cv on my drive shaft. This was after I asked them to check it out after repair from their Collision Center over $70 They said that I needed universal cv on my drive shaft. This was after I asked them to check it out after repair from their Collision Center over $700 for the CV joints. I decided not to get it done and have it checked out from someone else. They had reduced the price on other items I had them do windshield wiper blades that I didn't ask for a replacement of a bulb that they didn't do but charge me for other bowls that they replaced. I wouldn't take my truck back there if they were the last dealership in Tucson. After speaking to the sales manager he said he would reduce the cost of the repair in the CV joints by $250 now I know why I didn't need them they just wanted to make money More
